My Story: From Self-Doubt to Self-Mastery

There was a time I couldn’t look in the mirror without hearing a voice in my head whispering,
“You’ll never change.”

No matter how hard I tried, how many diets I followed, or how many "new starts" I made on Monday...


I felt stuck in a body that didn’t feel like mine.

I was carrying 23 kilos of extra weight, but the heaviest thing I wore every day was shame.

I hid in oversized clothes.


Said no to beach days and group photos.
Laughed on the outside, while silently thinking,
“If only they knew how much I hated my body.”

It wasn’t just about fat loss.


It was about not recognising the woman staring back at me.
I felt like I was living in a fog — low energy, low confidence, low self-worth — waiting for something to change.


But nothing ever did... until I stopped looking for quick fixes, and started rewriting the story in my head.

One day, I hit a moment I now call my turning point.

Not a breakdown — a breakthrough.

I stopped asking, “What diet should I do?”


And started asking, “Who do I want to become?”

That’s when everything changed.

I didn’t just lose 23kg of body fat.


I released the beliefs, patterns, and excuses that had kept me small for years.

I stopped punishing my body and started partnering with it.
I stopped obsessing over food and started understanding it.


I stopped chasing perfection — and started building consistency.

And I didn’t do it with starvation or shame.


I did it with strategy, support, and a deep shift in identity.
Because when you change the way you see yourself...


Your actions follow.
Your results follow.
Your life transforms.

Today, I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Online Fat Loss Coach.
But more than that, I’m a woman who’s walked the fire…
And now I hold the torch for others.
